TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

  1. ALL PACKAGES ABOVE INCLUDES VENUE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. FOOD COURSES AND MENU WILL VARY FROM EACH VENUE.

  2. ALL INCLUSIONS ARE CLEARLY STATED. ITEMS/ SERVICES NOT MENTIONED ARE NOT INCLUDED. HOWEVER, YOU ARE FREE TO CLARIFY FOR ANY CONCERNS OF THE DETAILS.

  3. ALL DOWNPAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS. 50% DOWNPAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING TO RESERVE THE DATE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PENCIL BOOKING.

  4. FULL PAYMENT OF BALANCE SHOULD BE DONE AT LEAST (1) WEEK PRIOR THE EVENT DATE.

  5. TRANSPORTATION FEES, MEALS, AND ENTRANCE FEES (IF APPLICABLE) ARE TO BE SHOULDERED BY THE CLIENT.

  6. HOTEL/ VENUE SERVICES CHARGES/ VAT, CORKAGE FEES, ELECTRICITY CHARGES OF VENUE, OR WHICHEVER IS APPLICABLE, ARE TO BE SHOULDERED BY THE CLIENTS.

  7. STRICTLY NO REMOVING OF INCLUSION FROM THE PACKAGES. HOWEVER, YOU COULD ONLY REPLACE AN INCLUSION WHICH IS EQUAL TO OR AT HIGHER VALUE PROVIDED IT IS DONE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE SAID EVENT.
